Hey all! I've been gaming for most of my life, but just moved about 500 miles to wind up in the Des Moines area. So that leaves me with no gaming group and, consequently, no outlet for my gaming urge. It won't be long before I start having some regular time off, so I figured I'd better start the RP search. I've played many, many different systems and am open to learning new ones. I'm more interested in serious, RP-focused games. Contact me here or via e-mail (shanecottom at gmail dot com) if you have a spot open or know someone who does. Thanks! _________________ It is absurd to divide people into good and bad. | Hello Shane, I am relatively new to the Des Moines area too and looking for people to play 4e DnD. I had a couple false-starts (thanks to some earlier schedule challenges) but think that I can start playing more regularly again. I am not sure about you or others, but I think that at this time I am less prepared to play as DM though I have often played in this role in earlier versions. I can be reached at jpd dot gaming at gmail dot com. |

Hey John! I replied via e-mail, but figured I'd reply here too. I'm still really looking forward to getting some gaming in, though I'm much less familiar with fourth edition than with the previous ones. I do own the books, and would be willing to give it the old "college try," but I'm not at all sure I could actually run anything in that ruleset. Nonetheless, I'm sure we could figure something out. Hit me back here, via e-mail, or by phone call or text (I sent my number in the e-mail) whenever you get a chance. Later, Bro! _________________ It is absurd to divide people into good and bad. | I have a couple players already and looking for a few more. Anyone that is interested in joining a game feel free to contact me at s_522@hotmail.com. We're looking at starting either a WFRP or Shadowrun game now, but will probably try other games down the road. |
